TL;DR
This paper analyzes the $J/ar{J}$ mass distribution in $B^+$ decays, identifying the $X(4140)$ and $X(4160)$ resonances, with the latter linked to a molecular state near the $D_s^* ar{D}_s^*$ threshold.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of the $J/ar{J}$ mass spectrum, highlighting the role of the $X(4140)$ and $X(4160)$ resonances and their connection to the $D_s^* ar{D}_s^*$ channel.
Findings
The $X(4140)$ has a narrow width and contributes to the mass distribution.
The $X(4160)$ accounts for most of the strength in the relevant mass region.
A cusp at the $D_s^* ar{D}_s^*$ threshold suggests a molecular nature for the $X(4160)$.
Abstract
We have studied the mass distribution of the reaction from threshold to about 4250 MeV, and find that one needs the contribution of the with a narrow width, together with the which accounts for most of the strength of the distribution in that region. The existence of a clear cusp at the threshold indicates that the resonance is strongly tied to the channel, which finds a natural interpretation in the molecular picture of this resonance.
