TL;DR
This paper investigates the weak decay processes of the $J/\psi$ particle into $D_{s,d}$ and vector mesons using perturbative QCD, predicting branching ratios that could be observed in future experiments.
Contribution
It provides the first perturbative QCD calculation of $J/\psi \to D_{s,d}V$ decays, estimating their branching ratios and potential observability.
Findings
Branching ratio for $J/\psi \to D_{s}\rho$ can reach $10^{-9}$.
Predicted decay rates are within future experimental detection capabilities.
Supports the feasibility of observing these rare weak decays.
Abstract
Inspired by the recent measurements on two-body nonleptonic weak decay at BESIII, the charm-changing weak decays are studied with perturbative QCD approach, where denotes and vector mesons. It is found that branching ratio for decay can reach up to , which is within the potential measurement capability of the future high-luminosity experiments.
