M.A. Gorbunov, A.A. Shlyapnikov

TL;DR
This paper details the process of identifying stars, determining their coordinates, and converting the 1958 Brodskaya and Shajn star catalogue into a digital, machine-readable format compatible with modern virtual observatory tools.
Contribution
It introduces a digital version of the historic star catalogue with multi-format support and integration into the Aladin sky atlas for enhanced accessibility.
Findings
Statistics for photometric and spectral data are provided.
The catalogue is available in HTML, VOTable, and AJS formats.
The digital catalogue supports interactive exploration in the Virtual Observatory environment.
Abstract
The following topics are considered: the identification of objects on search maps, the determination of their coordinates at the epoch of 2000, and converting into a machine readable format the published version of E.S. Brodskaya and V.F. Shajn catalogue of 1958. The statistics for photometric and spectral data from the original catalogue is presented. A digital version of the catalogue is described, as well as its presentation in HTML, VOTable and AJS formats and the basic principles of work in the interactive application of International Virtual Observatory the Aladin sky atlas.
