Very special sandwich algebras
Richard Cushman

TL;DR
This paper classifies a specific class of complex Lie algebras called very special sandwich algebras, characterized by a nilpotent radical with sandwich elements, expanding understanding of their structure.
Contribution
It provides a complete classification of all very special sandwich algebras, a particular subclass of complex Lie algebras with unique nilpotent radicals.
Findings
Complete classification of very special sandwich algebras
Identification of structural properties of sandwich algebras
Insights into the nilpotent radical's role in Lie algebra structure
Abstract
The goal of this paper is to investigate a class of algebras called sandwich algebras, which are certain complex Lie algebras with a nilpotent radical whose elements are sandwiches. We present a classification of all very special sandwich algebras.
