$\Psi$ and $\Upsilon$ production via $\sqrt{s_{pp}}$=8 TeV p-Pb collisions
Leonard S. Kisslinger

TL;DR
This paper estimates differential rapidity cross sections for $ ext{ extPsi}$ and $ ext{ extUpsilon}$ production in 8 TeV p-Pb collisions using a hybrid theory that includes both standard and hybrid meson states.
Contribution
It extends previous heavy-quark production models by incorporating mixed hybrid states for certain mesons in p-Pb collisions at 8 TeV.
Findings
Differential rapidity cross sections calculated for $ ext{ extPsi}$ and $ ext{ extUpsilon}$ states.
Hybrid theory predicts approximately 50% hybrid composition for $ ext{ extPsi}(2S)$ and $ ext{ extUpsilon}(3S)$.
Extension of hybrid meson production models from A-A collisions to p-Pb collisions.
Abstract
We estimate differential rapidity cross sections for and production via p-Pb collisions at 8 TeV. We use the mixed heavy quark hybrid theory in which the are standard mesons while the and are mixed hybrids, approximately 50% standard states and 50% hybrid states. This is an extension of previous work on heavy-quark state production via A-A collisions at RHIC.
