Triply heavy $QQ\bar Q\bar q$ tetraquark states
Jin-Feng Jiang, Wei Chen, Shi-Lin Zhu

TL;DR
This paper uses QCD sum rules to predict the masses and decay patterns of triply heavy tetraquark states with three heavy quarks, providing guidance for experimental searches.
Contribution
It systematically constructs interpolating currents and calculates mass spectra for various triply heavy tetraquarks with specific quantum numbers, a novel approach in this context.
Findings
$ccar{c}ar{q}$, $ccar{b}ar{q}$, $bcar{b}ar{q}$ may decay quickly with narrow widths.
$bbar{b}ar{q}$ tetraquarks are expected to be very narrow due to forbidden decay modes.
States could be detected via $B$ meson plus light meson or photon final states.
Abstract
Within the framework of QCD sum rules, we have investigated the tetraquark states with three heavy quarks. We systematically construct the interpolating currents for the possible , , , tetraquark states with quantum numbers and . Using these interpolating currents, we have calculated the two-point correlation functions and extracted the mass spectra for the above tetraquark states. We also discuss the decay patterns of these tetraquarks, and notice that the , , may decay quickly with a narrow width due to their mass spectra. The tetraquarks are expected to be very narrow resonances since their OZI-allowed decay modes are kinematically forbidden. These states may be searched for in the final states with a meson…
