On magnetic and vortical susceptibilities of the Cooper condensate
A. Gorsky, F. Popov

TL;DR
This paper investigates the magnetic and vortical susceptibilities of the Cooper condensate in a 2+1 superconductor using a holographic model, revealing non-zero susceptibilities indicating p-wave admixture.
Contribution
It introduces a holographic model with a charged rank-two field to analyze susceptibilities of the Cooper condensate in external magnetic and rotational fields.
Findings
Susceptibilities of the Cooper condensate do not vanish in the model.
Non-zero susceptibilities suggest p-wave triplet component admixture.
The model provides a framework for understanding condensate responses to external fields.
Abstract
We discuss the susceptibility of the Cooper condensate in the s-wave superconductor in the external magnetic field and in the rotating frame. The extended holographic model involving the charged rank-two field is considered and it is argued that the susceptibility does not vanish. We interpret non-vanishing susceptibilities as the admixture of the p-wave triplet component in the Cooper condensate in the external field.
