Stefan Ehbauer, Dmitry Logachev, M\'arcia Sarraff de Nascimento

TL;DR
This paper proves two specific polynomial identities related to a conjecture in the theory of L-functions of twisted Carlitz modules, advancing understanding in this mathematical area.
Contribution
It provides the first concrete proofs of particular cases of a conjecture on L-functions of twisted Carlitz modules.
Findings
Proved two polynomial identities related to the conjecture.
Confirmed specific cases of the conjecture.
Enhanced understanding of L-functions in the context of Carlitz modules.
Abstract
We prove two polynomial identities which are particular cases of a conjecture arising in the theory of L-functions of twisted Carlitz modules. This conjecture is stated in earlier papers of the second author.
