Contribution
It provides a concise overview of the electrical property studies on WTe2, emphasizing its significance in quantum material research.
Findings
WTe2 exhibits large non-saturating magnetoresistance.
WTe2 has topologically non-trivial properties.
Recent studies reveal unique electrical behaviors of WTe2.
Abstract
WTe2 and its sister alloys have attracted tremendous attentions recent years due to the large non-saturating magnetoresistance and topological non-trivial properties. Herein, we briefly review the electrical property studies on this new quantum material.
