Generalizations of Reid Inequality
Souheyb Dehimi, Mohammed Hichem Mortad

TL;DR
This paper enhances the Reid Inequality for linear operators, introduces new monotony results for positive operators, and extends these inequalities to unbounded operators, broadening their applicability in operator theory.
Contribution
It provides improved bounds for Reid Inequality, new monotony results, and extends inequalities to unbounded operators, offering novel insights in operator inequalities.
Findings
Improved Reid Inequality bounds
New monotony results for positive operators
Extension to unbounded operators
Abstract
In this paper, we improve the famous Reid Inequality related to linear operators. Some monotony results for positive operators are also established with a different approach from what is known in the existing literature. Lastly, Reid and Halmos-Reid inequalities are extended to unbounded operators.
