Aviad Roitgrund, Gad Eilam

TL;DR
This paper investigates the potential to detect lepton number violation at the 14 TeV LHC within the left-right symmetric model, focusing on like-sign dilepton plus jets signals and exploring additional channels involving doubly charged Higgs bosons.
Contribution
It introduces a comprehensive analysis of like-sign dilepton plus jets signals in the left-right symmetric model, including new channels mediated by doubly charged Higgs particles, expanding the discovery potential.
Findings
Discovery contours for $W_R$ and $N_e$ are extended with additional channels.
The analysis shows the significance of doubly charged Higgs in lepton number violation signals.
Potential to observe new physics signatures at the LHC with 300 fb^{-1} luminosity.
Abstract
The left-right symmetric model may present evidence of new physics at the era of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). We use its framework to investigate the lepton number violating process at the LHC. We show that for an integrated luminosity of , the discovery contour of the right-handed boson and the right-handed electron neutrino as a result of the process can be expanded upon considering an additional channel mediated by the right-handed doubly charged Higgs , i.e. .
