## TL;DR

This paper discusses an advanced theoretical framework for electron-neutron scattering, emphasizing its significance in understanding plasma conductivity in neutron stars, especially near resonance conditions where traditional perturbation theory fails.

## Contribution

It introduces a novel mathematical formalism adapted from light scattering theory to better describe electron-neutron interactions near resonance.

## Key findings

- Resonance significantly enhances scattering growth beyond perturbation predictions.
- The formalism provides a more accurate description of scattering in neutron star plasma.
- Potential implications for modeling neutron star thermal and electrical properties.

## Abstract

The electron neutron scattering process determines the electrical and thermal conductivity of neutron stars plasma. As we approach the resonance section of the growth is much higher than the growth predicted by the perturbation theory. The stated mathematical formalism is borrowed from the theory of light which is scattered on the excited system
