## TL;DR

This paper introduces a tunable THz metamaterial model that leverages toroidal excitation to achieve resonance blueshift and phase control in planar metallic structures with silicon inclusions.

## Contribution

It presents a novel approach to phase and resonance tuning in planar metamaterials through toroidal excitation and silicon inclusions, enabling dynamic control.

## Key findings

- Resonance blueshift achieved via toroidal excitation.
- Phase tunability demonstrated in the proposed metamaterials.
- Enhanced control over THz wave properties.

## Abstract

We propose a model of tunable THz metamaterials. The main advantage is the blueshift of resonance and phase tunability due to toroidal excitation in planar metallic metamolecules with incorporated silicon inductive inclusions.
