## TL;DR

This paper investigates the statistical properties of the heavy neutrino potential in neutrinoless double beta decay, exploring conditions for heavy neutrino existence and the role of sterile neutrinos as candidates.

## Contribution

It introduces a statistical framework for analyzing the heavy neutrino potential and discusses the existence conditions for sterile neutrinos as heavy neutrino candidates.

## Key findings

- Statistical properties of the heavy neutrino potential are characterized.
- Existence conditions for heavy neutrinos are established.
- Sterile neutrinos are identified as potential heavy neutrino candidates.

## Abstract

Heavy neutrino potential for neutrinoless double beta decay is studied with focusing on its statistical property. The existence condition for heavy neutrinos is also presented. In particular sterile neutrinos are possible candidate for heavy nuetrinos. The statistics provide a gross view of understanding amplitude of constitutional components of the nuclear matrix element.
