## TL;DR

This paper explores spectral minimal partitions on a flat rectangular torus, reviewing existing literature and presenting recent numerical and theoretical advancements with improvements.

## Contribution

It provides new insights and improvements on spectral minimal partition problems on the flat rectangular torus, combining literature review with recent research findings.

## Key findings

- Enhanced numerical methods for spectral partitions
- Theoretical results on minimal partition configurations
- Comparison with previous studies

## Abstract

We study a minimal partition problem on the flat rectangular torus. We give a partial review of the existing literature, and present some numerical and theoretical work recently published elsewhere by V. Bonnaillie-No{\"e}l and the author, with some improvements.
