General Wigner Rotations in $D$ Dimensions
Fa-Min Chen

TL;DR
This paper derives explicit formulas for Wigner rotations in D-dimensional spacetime for both massive and massless particles, exploring their relation to gauge invariance and Lorentz transformations.
Contribution
It provides the first comprehensive construction of general Wigner rotations in arbitrary dimensions, including explicit expressions for all Lorentz transformations.
Findings
Explicit formulas for Wigner rotations in D dimensions.
Connection between gauge invariance and Wigner rotation non-uniqueness.
Analysis applicable to both massive and massless particles.
Abstract
We construct general Wigner rotations for both massive and massless particles in -dimensional spacetime. We work out the explicit expressions of these Wigner rotations for arbitrary Lorentz transformations. We study the relation between the electromagnetic gauge invariance and the non-uniqueness of Wigner rotation.
