TL;DR
This paper proposes a method to measure decay asymmetry parameters in the weak decays of singly charmed baryons using e+e- annihilation data, with estimates based on current BESIII data.
Contribution
It introduces joint angular formulae for these decays and estimates experimental sensitivities for key asymmetry parameters.
Findings
Formulated angular distributions for decay asymmetries.
Estimated sensitivities for measuring asymmetry parameters at BESIII.
Provides a framework for future experimental analysis.
Abstract
We propose to measure the decay asymmetry parameters in the hadronic weak decays of singly charmed baryons, such as , and . The joint angular formulae for these processes are presented, and are used to extract the asymmetry parameters in annihilation data. Base on the current data set collected at BESIII, we estimate the experimental sensitivities to measure the parameters for , for and for .
