Review of "Continuous Finite-Time Stabilization of Translational and Rotational Double Integrators"
Olalekan Ogunmolu

TL;DR
This paper reviews Bhat et al's work on bounded, continuous feedback laws that achieve finite-time stabilization of double integrators using Lyapunov methods.
Contribution
It summarizes a method for designing finite-time stabilizing feedback laws for double integrators with bounded, continuous control.
Findings
Finite-time stabilization achieved with bounded controls
Lyapunov theory used to prove convergence
Feedback laws applicable to translational and rotational systems
Abstract
We review Bhat et al's paper where a class of bounded, continuous time-invariant finite time stabilizing feedback laws are derived for the double integrator and Lyapunov theory is employed in establishing finite-time convergence.
