TL;DR
This paper analyzes open-charm production data near threshold using a coupled-channel model, successfully describing line shapes and extracting resonance parameters across a wide energy range.
Contribution
It introduces a coupled-channel approach to simultaneously fit open-charm data, providing new insights into vector charmonium resonances.
Findings
Good fit to experimental line shapes
Extraction of parameters for 5 vector charmonium states
Comprehensive description across 3.7 to 4.7 GeV
Abstract
Data on open-charm channels collected by the Belle Collaboration are analysed simultaneously using a unitary approach based on a coupled-channel model in a wide energy range GeV. The resulting fit provides a remarkably good overall description of the line shapes in all studied channels. Parameters of 5 vector charmonium resonances are extracted from the fit.
