The Pattern Recognition of Probability Distributions of Amino acids in protein families
R.P. Mondaini, S.C. de Albuquerque Neto (Federal University of Rio de, Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil)

TL;DR
This paper develops a mathematical model to recognize patterns in amino acid probability distributions within protein families, based on a theoretical framework derived from Pauli's master equation.
Contribution
It introduces a novel mathematical approach using Pauli's master equation to analyze amino acid distributions in protein families.
Findings
Identifies characteristic amino acid distribution patterns for protein families.
Provides a new theoretical model for protein family analysis.
Abstract
A pattern Recognition of a probability distribution of amino acids is obtained for selected families of proteins. The mathematical model is derived from a theory of protein families formation which is derived from application of a Pauli's master equation method.
