Ho-Meoyng Choi (Kyungpook National Univ.), Chueng-Ryong Ji (NCSU)

TL;DR
This paper investigates the twist-3 distribution amplitudes of the pion using the Light-Front Quark Model, successfully matching theoretical constraints and asymptotic behaviors predicted by QCD.
Contribution
It provides a novel LFQM-based analysis of pion twist-3 distribution amplitudes that satisfy isospin symmetry and match QCD asymptotic forms.
Findings
Distribution amplitudes satisfy isospin symmetry constraints.
Results reproduce the asymptotic forms from QCD's conformal limit.
The model offers a consistent description of pion twist-3 DAs.
Abstract
We analyzed two twist-3 distribution amplitudes of pion, i.e. pseudoscalar and pseudotensor , within the LFQM. Our LFQM descriptions both for twist-3 and not only satisfy the fundamental constraint required from the isospin symmetry, but also reproduce exactly the asymptotic forms anticipated from QCD's conformal limit.
