TL;DR
This paper develops a formal framework for motivic homotopical Galois theory, extending Rognes's theory to motivic spectra and providing examples involving motivic Eilenberg-MacLane spectra and K-theory spectra.
Contribution
It introduces a formal framework for motivic homotopical Galois extensions and adapts existing theory to the motivic setting with concrete examples.
Findings
Established a formal framework for motivic homotopical Galois theory
Provided examples of Galois extensions between motivic spectra
Extended Rognes's homotopical Galois theory to motivic contexts
Abstract
We establish a formal framework for Rognes's homotopical Galois theory and adapt it to the context of motivic spaces and spectra. We discuss examples of Galois extensions between Eilenberg-MacLane motivic spectra and between the Hermitian and algebraic K-theory spectra.
