Tensor form factors of the octet hyperons in QCD
A. Kucukarslan, U. Ozdem, A. Ozpineci

TL;DR
This paper uses light-cone QCD sum rules to calculate tensor form factors of octet hyperons, comparing results with chiral quark soliton model predictions, and includes higher order corrections for certain baryons.
Contribution
It provides the first calculation of hyperon tensor form factors using light-cone QCD sum rules with and without higher order corrections.
Findings
Tensor form factors are computed for $\Sigma-\Sigma$, $\Xi-\Xi$, and $\Sigma-\Lambda$ transitions.
Results are compared with chiral quark soliton model predictions.
Higher order corrections significantly affect the form factor calculations.
Abstract
Light-cone QCD sum rules to leading order in QCD are used to investigate the tensor form factors of the , and transitions in the range . The DAs of , and baryon have been calculated without higher order terms. Then, study including higher order corrections have been done for and baryon. The result of form factors are obtained using these two DAs. We make a comparison with the predictions of the chiral quark soliton model.
