Muon bundles from extensive air showers
Maciej Rybczynski, Zbigniew Wlodarczyk, and Grzegorz Wilk

TL;DR
This paper proposes an explanation for high muon multiplicity events observed in cosmic ray air showers, based on recent data from CERN ALICE, contributing to understanding cosmic ray interactions.
Contribution
It offers a new hypothesis to explain high muon multiplicity events in extensive air showers observed by CERN ALICE.
Findings
High muon multiplicity events are linked to specific cosmic ray interactions.
The proposed explanation aligns with recent CERN ALICE observations.
Insights could improve models of cosmic ray air showers.
Abstract
In this talk we present a possible explanation of the presence of high muon multiplicity events registered recenty by CERN ALICE experiment in its dedicated cosmic ray run.
