TL;DR
This paper investigates the rare weak decays of the ${S}$ bottomonium state into $B_c$ mesons and light mesons using perturbative QCD, predicting branching ratios that could be observed in future high-luminosity experiments.
Contribution
It provides the first perturbative QCD calculation of ${S}$ decays into $B_c$ and light mesons, estimating their branching ratios for future experimental detection.
Findings
Branching ratio for ${S} \to B_c \pi$ can reach ${\cal O}(10^{-11})$
Decay might be measurable in future high-luminosity experiments
Provides theoretical predictions for rare bottomonium decays
Abstract
With the potential prospects of the at high-luminosity dedicated heavy-flavor factories, the bottom-changing , weak decays are studied with the pQCD approach. It is found that branching ratio for the color-favored and CKM-favored decay can reach up to . So the decay might be measured promisingly by the future experiments.
