TL;DR
This paper explores the geometric structure of quantum thermodynamics using Bures geometry and Renyi divergences, establishing key relations between thermodynamic quantities and quantum distances.
Contribution
It introduces a novel connection between Bures angle and Renyi 1/2-divergence, advancing the understanding of quantum thermodynamic geometry.
Findings
Established relations between free energy and quantum distances.
Linked moments of work to Bures geometry.
Provided new insights into quantum statistical thermodynamics.
Abstract
The Bures geometry of quantum statistical thermodynamics at thermal equilibrium is investigated by introducing the connections between the Bures angle and the Renyi -divergence. Fundamental relations concerning free energy, moments of work and distance are established.
