Magnetic BV functions and the Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu formula
Andrea Pinamonti, Marco Squassina, Eugenio Vecchi

TL;DR
This paper develops a theory of magnetic bounded variation functions and proves a general magnetic Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu formula, extending classical results to magnetic contexts.
Contribution
It introduces magnetic BV functions and establishes a Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu formula within this new framework.
Findings
Established a theory of magnetic BV functions.
Proved the validity of the Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu formula for magnetic BV functions.
Extended classical BV function results to magnetic settings.
Abstract
We prove a general magnetic Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu formula. In particular, after developing a theory of magnetic bounded variation functions, we prove the validity of the formula in this class.
