How To Build A Quantum Coherent Observer
John E. Gough, Nina H. Amini

TL;DR
This paper presents a method to construct a quantum observer that coherently replicates the dynamics of a cavity mode system without disturbing it, analogous to classical control observers.
Contribution
It introduces an explicit construction of a quantum observer that mimics system dynamics coherently, extending classical observer concepts to quantum systems.
Findings
Quantum observer accurately replicates cavity mode dynamics
Observer operates without disturbing the system
Provides a quantum analogue of classical Luenberger observer
Abstract
We give an explicit construction for a quantum observer coherently mimicking the dynamics of a cavity mode system and without any disturbance of the system's dynamics. This gives the exact analogue of the Luenberger observer used in controller design in engineering
