TL;DR
This paper proposes a stable version of Terao's conjecture by utilizing the concept of infinite stable extendability of vector bundles on projective spaces, building on prior work by I. Coanda.
Contribution
It introduces a new stable framework for Terao's conjecture based on vector bundle extendability, offering a different perspective from classical approaches.
Findings
Defines a stable version of Terao's conjecture.
Characterizes infinite stable extendability of vector bundles.
Provides foundational groundwork for future research in this area.
Abstract
The aim of this note is to introduce a stable version of Terao conjecture, using the notion of infinitely stably extendability of vector bundles on , considered and characterized by I. Coanda in arXiv:0907.4040.
