Analysis of $X(3872)$ production via Heavy-Meson Effective Theory
L. M. Abreu

TL;DR
This paper uses Heavy-Meson Effective Theory to analyze the production cross sections of the exotic state $X(3872)$ in various meson collision processes, considering it as a $D^* ar{D}$ bound state.
Contribution
It provides a detailed calculation of $X(3872)$ production cross sections using an effective Lagrangian based on chiral and heavy quark symmetries, considering both neutral and charged components.
Findings
Calculated cross sections as functions of collision energy.
Demonstrated the role of $D^* ar{D}$ components in $X(3872)$ production.
Provided theoretical predictions for experimental comparisons.
Abstract
We analyze the production in the processes , and , making use of the Heavy-Meson Effective Theory, with an effective Lagrangian built based on chiral and heavy quark symmetries. In this scenario, we consider as a bound state of , including neutral and charged components, and obtain the cross sections the mentioned reactions as function of collision energy.
