TL;DR
This paper investigates the interference effects of $ ho^0$ and $ ho^0$ mesons in semihadronic decay channels within photonuclear reactions on isoscalar nuclei, expanding understanding of meson interactions and decay modes.
Contribution
It introduces a novel analysis of $ ho^0$ and $ ho^0$ meson interference in semihadronic decay channels, using coherent photoproduction in nuclei and considering both $ ho^0$ and $ ho^0$ decay modes.
Findings
Calculated $ ho^0$ and $ ho^0$ meson interference effects in $ o o o o$ decay channels.
Provided theoretical predictions for meson-nucleus interactions and decay spectra.
Extended the analysis of meson interference to semihadronic decay channels in photonuclear reactions.
Abstract
The interference of the and mesons has been studied in the hadronic and leptonic decay channels, i.e., dipion and dilepton decay channels respectively, but this interference is not studied yet in the semihadronic or semileptonic decay channel, e.g., . denotes either or meson. To look for the quoted interference in the decay channel as well as the contribution of meson to the cross section, the correlated invariant mass distribution spectra are calculated in the photonuclear reaction in the multi-GeV region. It is assumed that these bosons arise in the final state due to the decay of and mesons which are photoproduced coherently in the isoscalar nucleus. The elementary reaction in the nucleus is considered to proceed as ; . The forward…
