Transformation of a wavefunction under changes of reference frame
G.F. Torres del Castillo, B.C. N\'ajera Salazar

TL;DR
This paper presents a straightforward method for transforming wavefunctions when changing reference frames, explores its relation to Hamilton's principal function, and demonstrates its application through examples.
Contribution
It introduces a simple procedure for wavefunction transformation under reference frame changes and relates it to Hamilton's principal function, providing practical examples.
Findings
The procedure effectively transforms wavefunctions across reference frames.
The transformation relates closely to Hamilton's principal function.
Examples illustrate the method's applicability.
Abstract
A simple procedure to derive the transformation of a wavefunction under a change of reference frame is applied to some examples and its relation with the transformation of the Hamilton principal function is studied.
