The anomalous dimension of spin-1/2 baryons in many flavors QCD
Luca Vecchi

TL;DR
This paper calculates the anomalous dimension of spin-1/2 baryons in many-flavor QCD at leading order, addressing scheme ambiguities and confirming consistency with higher-loop results across different renormalization schemes.
Contribution
It provides a leading 1/Nf order calculation of baryon anomalous dimensions in QCD, clarifying scheme dependence and matching previous multi-loop results.
Findings
Agreement with 2 and 3 loop calculations
Addresses scheme ambiguity from evanescent operators
Provides a leading order analytical result in 1/Nf expansion
Abstract
The anomalous dimension of spin-1/2 baryon operators in QCD is derived at leading 1/Nf order using the minimal subtraction scheme. A residual ambiguity, originating from the presence of evanescent operators in dimensional regularization, is parametrized by a function of the renormalized coupling. Our result is shown to agree with previous 2 and 3 loop calculations performed in two different renormalization schemes.
