Almost Congruence Extension Property for subgroups of free groups
Lev Glebsky, Nevarez Nieto Saul

TL;DR
This paper investigates conditions under which subgroups of free groups do not have the almost congruence extension property and demonstrates that finitely generated subgroups satisfy a generalized form of ACEP.
Contribution
It introduces a sufficient condition for subgroups of free groups to lack ACEP and proves that finitely generated subgroups satisfy a generalized ACEP.
Findings
Subgroups not satisfying ACEP identified under certain conditions
Finitely generated subgroups satisfy a generalized ACEP
Provides theoretical framework for subgroup extension properties
Abstract
In this paper we provide a sufficient condition for a subgroup of a free group not to have the almost congruence extension property (ACEP). We also show that any finitely generated subgroup of a free group satisfies some a generalization of ACEP.
