TL;DR
This paper provides an exact solution to a family of generalized Bose-Hubbard models using algebraic Bethe ansatz, representing them as graphs in multiple dimensions with condensates at vertices.
Contribution
It introduces a novel exact solution approach for a class of fragmented Bose-Hubbard models using algebraic Bethe ansatz.

Abstract
I present the exact solution of a family of fragmented Bose-Hubbard models and represent the models as graphs in one-dimension, two-dimensions and three-dimensions with the condensates in the vertices. The models are solved by the algebraic Bethe ansatz method.
