Hyper-Kamiokande: Towards a measurement of CP violation in lepton sector
S. Bron

TL;DR
This paper presents a sensitivity study of the Hyper-Kamiokande experiment, demonstrating its potential to measure the CP-violating phase in the lepton sector with high precision and significance.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed sensitivity analysis showing Hyper-Kamiokande's capability to determine the CP phase and establish CP violation with specified confidence levels.
Findings
CP phase can be measured with better than 21° precision
CP violation can be established with >3σ significance for 78% of parameter space
Hyper-Kamiokande's sensitivity surpasses previous experiments
Abstract
We present the latest Hyper-Kamiokande sensitivity study showing that, with a total exposure of 13 MW seconds integrated beam power, the CP phase - - can be determined better than 21 degrees for all possible values of and CP violation can be established with a significance of more than 3 (5) for 78% (62%) of the parameter space.
