TL;DR
This paper reports a precise measurement of the absolute branching fraction of the semileptonic decay $D^{+} ightarrowar K^0 e^{+} u_{e}$ using BESIII data, confirming previous results and improving accuracy.
Contribution
First measurement of the absolute branching fraction of $D^{+} ightarrowar K^0 e^{+} u_{e}$ via $ar K^0 oar K^0_S o ext{pi}^0 ext{pi}^0$ with BESIII data.
Findings
Branching fraction measured as (8.59 ± 0.14 ± 0.21)%
Result consistent with previous measurements
Improved precision over earlier results
Abstract
By analyzing 2.93 fb data collected at the center-of-mass energy GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the absolute branching fraction of the semileptonic decay to be using , where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. Our result is consistent with previous measurements within uncertainties.
