Study of the process $e^+ e^- \to K^0_{S}K^0_{L}$ in the center-of-mass energy range 1004--1060 MeV with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 $e^+ e^-$ collider

TL;DR
This paper presents a highly precise measurement of the $e^+ e^- o K^0_{S}K^0_{L}$ cross section in the 1004--1060 MeV energy range, using the CMD-3 detector, to analyze the $ ext{phi}(1020)$ meson parameters with minimal systematic uncertainty.
Contribution
It provides the most accurate measurement of the $e^+ e^- o K^0_{S}K^0_{L}$ cross section in the specified energy range, employing the Vector Meson Dominance model for analysis.
Findings
Measured cross section with 1.8% systematic uncertainty.
Determined $ ext{phi}(1020)$ meson parameters.
Analyzed the cross section using VMD model.
Abstract
The cross section has been measured in the center-of-mass energy range 1004--1060 MeV at 25 energy points using events with decay. The analysis is based on 5.9 pb of an integrated luminosity collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 collider. To obtain meson parameters the measured cross section is approximated according to the Vector Meson Dominance model as a sum of the -like amplitudes and their excitations. This is the most precise measurement of the cross section with a 1.8\% systematic uncertainty.
