Comments on the two-photon interferometry
Fujio Shimizu

TL;DR
This paper provides a clear, primitive formulation of two-photon interferometry, deriving explicit interference patterns and analyzing how they depend on different quantum photon states.
Contribution
It offers a straightforward, accurate description of two-photon interferometry and elucidates the influence of input photon states on interference patterns.
Findings
Explicit interference patterns derived for various photon states
Demonstrates dependence of interference on quantum input states
Provides a foundational understanding of quantum optical interferometry
Abstract
In this article we try to describe the physics of a standard optical interferometer fed by "quantum" photons in terms of primitive, nevertheless accurate formulation. We derive explicit interferene patterns and show how they vary depending on the input photon state.
