The H-T and P-T phase diagram of the superconducting phase in Pd:Bi$_2$Te$_3$
Amit, Yogesh Singh

TL;DR
This study maps the magnetic field-temperature and pressure-temperature phase diagrams of superconducting Pd$_x$Bi$_2$Te$_3$, revealing unconventional features and pressure effects on the critical temperature.
Contribution
It provides detailed phase diagrams of Pd$_x$Bi$_2$Te$_3$ under magnetic field and pressure, highlighting unconventional behavior and pressure dependence of $T_c$.
Findings
Initial upward curvature in the $H$--$T$ phase diagram.
Critical magnetic field at zero temperature is approximately 6-10 kOe.
Superconducting transition temperature decreases linearly with pressure at about -0.28 K/GPa.
Abstract
We study the magnetic field vs temperature (--) and pressure vs temperature (--) phase diagram of the ~K superconducting phase in PdBiTe () using electrical resistivity versus temperature measurements at various applied magnetic fields () and magnetic susceptibility versus temperature measurements at various applied magnetic fields () and pressure (). The -- phase diagram has an initial upward curvature as observed in some unconventional superconductors. The critical field extrapolated to ~K is --~kOe. The is suppressed approximately linearly with pressure at a rate ~K/GPa.
