M.K. Volkov, A.A. Pivovarov

TL;DR
This paper calculates the decay width of tau lepton decaying into kaons and a neutrino using the extended Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model, including vector meson contributions, and finds results consistent with experiments.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed calculation of the decay process within the extended Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model, accounting for intermediate vector mesons, which enhances understanding of tau decay mechanisms.
Findings
Results agree with experimental data
Includes contributions from $ ho$(770) and $ ho$(1450)
Provides both full and differential decay widths
Abstract
The full and differential widths of the decay are calculated in the framework of the extended Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model. The contributions of the subprocesses with the intermediate vector mesons (770) and (1450) are taken into account. The obtained results are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
