A non-supersymmetric model with unification of electro-weak and strong interactions
Roberto Frezzotti, Marco Garofalo, Giancarlo Rossi

TL;DR
This paper proposes a non-supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model that achieves unification of the electroweak and strong interactions at a comparable level to supersymmetric models.
Contribution
It introduces a novel non-supersymmetric model demonstrating unification of fundamental forces similar to supersymmetric theories.
Findings
Unification occurs at a comparable energy scale to supersymmetric models.
The model provides an alternative to supersymmetry for force unification.
Potential implications for beyond Standard Model physics.
Abstract
In this note we present an example of an extension of the Standard Model where unification of strong and electroweak interactions occurs at a level comparable to that occurring in the minimal supersymmetric standard model.
