Valmir Krasniqi, Toufik Mansour

TL;DR
This paper characterizes $q$-Bernstein functions using the $q$-Laplace transform and explores their properties, including $q$-complete monotonicity and related function classes, contributing to the mathematical theory of $q$-analogues.
Contribution
It provides a new characterization of $q$-Bernstein functions via the $q$-Laplace transform and investigates their properties, expanding the understanding of $q$-function classes.

Abstract
We characterize of the -Bernstein functions in terms of -Laplace transform. Moreover, we present several results of -completely monotonic, -log completely monotonic and -Bernstein functions.
