Y.K. Hsiao, C.Q. Geng

TL;DR
This paper tests the generalized factorization method in charmful baryonic B decays, calculating branching ratios and angular asymmetries, and finds good agreement with experimental data, supporting the method's validity.
Contribution
It provides new calculations of decay rates and angular asymmetries using updated form factors, confirming the effectiveness of the factorization approach in these decays.
Findings
Branching ratios match recent BELLE data.
Angular asymmetries are consistent with measurements.
Predictions made for unmeasured decay modes.
Abstract
We examine the validity of the generalized factorization method and calculate the angular correlations in the charmful three-body baryonic decays of . With the timelike baryonic form factors newly extracted from the measured baryonic decays, we obtain to agree with the recent data from the BELLE Collaboration, which demonstrates that the theoretical approach based on the factorization still works well. For the angular distribution asymmetries, we find , which are consistent with the current measurements. Moreover, we predict that . Future precise explorations of…
