TL;DR
This paper investigates the existence of positive solutions for a nonlinear fourth-order boundary value problem with integral conditions, using fixed point theory to establish sufficient conditions for solutions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem to a specific class of nonlinear fourth-order boundary value problems with integral conditions.
Findings
Established sufficient conditions for positive solutions
Applied fixed point theorem in a new context
Provided theoretical framework for similar boundary value problems
Abstract
In this paper, the existence of positive solutions for a nonlinear fourth-order two-point boundary value problem with integral condition is investigated. By using Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem on cones, sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one positive solutions are obtained.
