Analytic isolation of newforms of given level
Paul D. Nelson

TL;DR
This paper introduces a method to analyze newforms of a given level by relating their averages to those over all forms, especially effective when the level is divisible by prime cubes.
Contribution
It provides a novel analytic approach to isolate newforms of specific levels using averaging techniques, particularly for levels divisible by prime cubes.
Findings
Method simplifies understanding averages over newforms.
Effective when level q is divisible by prime cubes.
Facilitates analysis of newforms in modular forms theory.
Abstract
We describe a method for understanding averages over newforms on in terms of averages over all forms of some level. The method is simplest when is divisible by the cubes of its prime divisors.
