TL;DR
This paper reports a measurement of the electron neutrino charged-current inclusive cross section in the 1-3 GeV energy range using the NOvA near detector, providing valuable data for neutrino interaction studies.
Contribution
The study provides the first measurement of the electron neutrino charged-current inclusive cross section in the 1-3 GeV range with the NOvA detector.
Findings
Measured cross section value with statistical and systematic uncertainties.
Demonstrated the detector's capability to analyze electron neutrino interactions.
Contributed data to improve neutrino interaction models.
Abstract
We present a measurement of the electron neutrino charged-current inclusive cross section per nucleon with a data sample corresponding to 2.6E20 protons-on-target collected by NOvA near detector at Fermilab.
