Spectral and Modular Analysis of #P Problems
Ohad Asor

TL;DR
This paper explores the spectral and modular properties of #P problems, especially #SAT, providing new analytic insights and a heuristic for probabilistic solution estimation.
Contribution
It introduces novel spectral and modular analysis techniques for #P problems and proposes a heuristic for estimating #SAT solutions probabilistically.
Findings
Analytic results linking #SAT and #PART problems.
A heuristic method for probabilistic #SAT solution estimation.
Insights into the structure of #P problems through spectral analysis.
Abstract
We present various analytic and number theoretic results concerning the #SAT problem as reflected when reduced into a #PART problem. As an application we propose a heuristic to probabilistically estimate the solution of #SAT problems.
