Comment on "Thermal Hall Effect and Geometry with Torsion"
Rabin Banerjee, Pradip Mukherjee

TL;DR
This paper critiques a previous work on the thermal Hall effect, identifying an inconsistency that challenges the validity of the original results.
Contribution
It provides a critical analysis revealing an inconsistency in Gromov and Abanov's theoretical framework on the thermal Hall effect with torsion.
Findings
Identifies an inconsistency in the original paper
Challenges the validity of previous theoretical results
Highlights the need for revised models in thermal Hall effect studies
Abstract
This is a comment on a paper by Gromov and Abanov [Phys. Rev. Lett. 114, 016802 (2015)]. We will show that there is an inconsistency which renders the results untenable.
