TL;DR
This paper measures time-dependent CP asymmetry in radiative B decays, analyzing the $K^0_S o ho^0$ and $K^+ o ho^0$ systems, providing insights into photon polarization in $b o s \, ext{gamma}$ transitions.
Contribution
It presents the first measurement of time-dependent CP asymmetry in $B^0 o K^0_S \, ho^0 \, ext{gamma}$ decays, including detailed analysis of the $K\, ext{pi}\, ext{pi}$ system.
Findings
Measured CP-violating parameters ${ m S}$ and ${ m C}$ with uncertainties.
Extracted the $CP$ asymmetry related to the $ ho^0 K^0_S$ eigenstate.
Provided constraints on photon polarization in $b o s \, ext{gamma}$ transitions.
Abstract
We measure the time-dependent asymmetry in the radiative-penguin decay , using a sample of million events recorded with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II storage ring at SLAC. Using events with , we measure the branching fractions of and , the branching fractions of the kaonic resonances decaying to , as well as the overall branching fractions of the , and S-wave components. For events from the mass band, we measure the -violating parameters and…
